Cornerpost Computing provides quality technical service and support for you and your computer.  We make sure you understand what the problems are, how we are going to fix them and make sure that we deliver it in a timely fashion.  We do on-site repairs and if we have to bring the computer back to the shop, we have a 5 business day turn around time on repairs*.  We guarantee our work for 30 days*.  We provide 24x7 support for your computer problems through email service - service@cpctech.net. Monthly service agreements for your computer(s) are available.

Residential

Cornerpost does "at-your-home" repairs for residential computer owners.

If you have a troubled PC, call us to schedule a service call.  While we have you on the phone, we will ask a few questions to get the full problem and possibly fix it at that time---free of charge within 30 minutes.  If during the service call we find that it requires more in depth service, we will require taking your computer back to our shop.  Our hourly labor rates are very comparable to other local computer service centers.  We even offer a “Five Business Day” turn around on the computer service*.

Cornerpost does "on-site" repairs for small and large businesses.

As a business person, the last thing you want is to be without a computer and still run your business. That is why Cornerpost Computing will try to get your failing computer back up and running within 5 business days*.  Plus, we can even provide you with a loaner computer* for the period in which your PC is being worked on if you so desire one.  This network and Internet ready PC can be configured for Windows 98 Second Edition, Windows 2000 or Windows XP.  Included with the PC is Office 2000 for document, spreadsheet and database work and a current antivirus package.  The PC is also configured with a CDRW for you to store your files one while your other PC is being serviced.*  We also offer feasible monthly service agreements to assist in keeping your computers functional.  We have varying pricing based on the amount of computers and service needed.  This can all be tailored to your businesses needs.  Call or email to get a quote for your business service needs.

    computer during the usage time will be billed back to the customer.

  *CDRW disks can be purchased from Cornerpost Computing but are not given with the system when being loaned.
